Produce is picked fresh and at peak ripeness and frozen (typically within 24 hours), offering enhanced flavor & nutrition. The produce is then washed, minimally heated, cut (or sliced) and separated in preparation for freezing. Once washed, minially heated, cut and separated and prepared, the produce enters the freezing chamber and exists IQF. When you have IQF produce on hand, it’s ready to use immediately whenever you need it.
